Genetic Diversity and Population Structure Analysis of Chinese Mitten Crab (Eriocheir sinensis) in the Yangtze and Liaohe Rivers

Recently, the economic traits of Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) varieties have had a negative tendency. Meanwhile, status wild germplasm resources E. sinensis is unknown, hindering utilization and green development industry. Thus, conservation resource great significance. To this end, we collected from two different river basins, Yangtze River basin, Liaohe analyzed genetic diversity as well differentiation in populations.
